How it started
Constant growth
Meanwhile I’ve been working in high-end gastronomy for 25 years. I was granted those 3 Michelin stars and am running multiple businesses at home and abroad. To get to the top level, I first made a plan with a focus on different pillars: detail, perfection, consistency, individuality, characteristics of each dish and excellent ingredients. In addition, I constantly kept developing myself from day one, took a critical look at myself, and challenged myself to push to the limit.
Share experience
The plan, my rock-solid discipline and complete dedication ensured I got to realize my dream and even take it a step further. It’s not just the end goal that’s brought me a lot, but also the journey towards it. During the course of years, I’ve learned a lot: how to become a successful chef and entrepreneur and how to stay top of mind with guests. But also why it’s important to let others share in your success.
The knowledge and experience I gained in all aspects of high-end gastronomy enable me to help others as well as possible and to enjoy guiding them to the best result.
